Bar Louie

This place is an incredible addition to the area. The food was incredible and our service was amazing. We sat comfortably on the patio and were well taken care of (not normal for patio service). I wish I could remember our server's name to give her proper credit because she turned a garbage night around for us and helped turn it into the romantic evening we had originally planned.

Great service! Our waitress was friendly and helpful. The Strawberry Lemonade Sangria was so yummy. The burger was cooked perfectly. My Mom had the Mac & Cheese with shrimp and jalapenos. I got to have the leftovers the next day. D-freaking-licious. I can't wait to go back and try other items on the menu.

I was super excited about this place. They have a decent Happy Hour. The picture is actually the kids pizza which a good size. The service is just OK though, no matter what time of day. I know it's brand new in LaCenterra so I suspect that will improve. The atmosphere is nice. I'll be back to give it another chance!

Really enjoyed this place. My husband and I were looking for a new bar/restaurant for some post-work drinks and appetizers. Bar Louie showed up as a search result, so we headed over. I immediately liked the atmosphere, and it was quite crowded even though we got there pretty early (4:45 pm). The outdoor seating was lovely, but it was way too cold for that tonight! The drinks and appetizers were really good, as was the service (thanks Dominique!) I liked the diversity of the menu, as I eat plant-based and am always looking for vegetarian options. I wasn't disappointed. At one point the music got super loud, and we could barely hear each other, but shortly after it was turned down a bit lower and all was well. We will definitely go back.
