Try it. Love it. Authentic pizza that leaves you with perfect memories. Best pizza I have ever eaten in my life. Deep dish, cheese steak sandwich etc were all fantastic and the quality is above par.

Even though there appeared to be only 2 people working here, the service was great and our pizzas arrived much sooner than expected. The deep dish was fantastic. Loved the many choices of toppings. (Roasted garlic! Zucchini!) The house made sauce was great. Will definitely be eating here again.

I am a coast to coast truck driver. Chicago has one of the most delicious deep dish pizza's know too world history. Even though I have only tried to place around my area Mazzei's is by far the best it was just like being back in Chicago. When you get your deep dish pizza and can't finish it and eat it the next day remember to warm it up in the oven at 400 for about 5-7 min. Microwave does not do it justice.

Very delicious pizza! The Chicago style is amazing!! Very nice atmosphere! Kid friendly. I'd highly recommend this place if you've never been and want some great tasting pizza!

Pizza here is usually pretty dang good, but every now and then they put way too much cheese on it, and it can overpower everything else. I'm talking about the New York style, of course. The deep dish is a different animal...

Point is, I would always pick this over other standard take out spots, but it's just shy of that 5 star rating to me. I definitely recommend you try it out.
