The Blue Fish

I absolutely love Blue Fish. The service is always fantastic and the food is as well. This was our first visit to the Katy location and it was perfect. It was a day visit so we sat right away at the bar. There wasn’t a bartender at the time but they were accommodating anyway. We met Miguel who is the General Manager who went above and beyond. We live an hour away but would absolutely make the drive to the Katy location any day. If you want delicious, fresh sushi with outstanding service you won’t be disappointed.

Perfect spot to go with the family for lunch. Outdoor seating is plentiful and a few steps from the green activity area. The sushi was fresh and flavorful. Nothing really stood out as unique or different. All the typical rolls you'd expect. The staff was very accommodating and always made sure we have everything we needed. Will go back for happy hour!

Justin was great taking care of us for our first time here. Very friendly. Sitting on the patio added to our experience with the gorgeous view and weather. Food was awesome especially the SOBE sushi. Never tasted anything like it. Loved our first time and will be back.

We did not wait for a table and our overall service was great! Food took around 10-15 minutes to come out prior to ordering. We ordered an appetizer, 3 rolls, and a dessert; all were delicious! We will definitely be coming back to The Blue Fish Katy!!

Came here on a Friday night and had excellent food, service, and atmosphere. The live band outside gave us some great dining music while still being able to talk to each other (we sat inside). The sushi for sure above average, with each roll being its own unique flavor palate. Will definitely be back, and hope to see our great server Justin again!
