    My favorite Chinese food place in Katy. They have the best orange chicken. I try to go anytime I am visiting.

    I am almost a Chinese food connoisseur and with the growth of Katy, Tx. it is getting hard to find a good Chinese restaurant whose food and taste are consistent. I would drive to Missouri City just to get Chinese food that has that consistent taste. HC Cafe is on my list of Chinese restaurants who maintains consistency in flavor, though I can recall once or twice that the food was lacking flavor or texture and that could've been due to the cook was out, maybe even sick, but as often as I have been going to HC cafe which as been for a few years, the food remains consistent. HC Cafe, please keep the good food coming!!!
