(April 24, 2019, 12:54 pm)Great customer service all around. Great environment and entertainment for children. The rainforest comes alive & a frog character periodically came around to tables for photo ops with the children. The food was fresh and hot, but it is a bit expensive for what you receive. The kids loved their food & drinks, but my shrimp plate was about $20 for some small shrimp that would have been better priced at around $12. Overall it's a great family dining experience & I'm sure we will return whenever I have the kids with me in the mall. ????

(April 3, 2019, 2:53 am)I have gone to this place since I was 5 and I still go there all the time for literally any occasion. It has great food and the best part is their original volcano. It is 4 brownies stacked on 4 layers of ice cream with whipped cream on top. I will put a picture. The only fixable thing could be to have better service so your food will go faster. I love this place and will be taking my family there ALL the time. Long live RAINFOREST CAFE!

(January 23, 2019, 1:05 pm)Kids love this place. Food is pretty good. Prices are decent. They'll charge you $3.25 for a Tea or soda, so just watch out for that or go thirsty.
