El Ranchero Mexican Restaurant & Cantina

Excellent service: the waitstaff were very attentive and friendly. The restaurant itself was relaxed and not too loud. The food was very good, although I didn't much care for the cheese in my mole enchiladas (just a personal preference). I will hopefully come back!

Great service by everyone here! First time today and didn’t see many cars so we were skeptical but decided to give it a try & I was very pleased with the atmosphere, service & food! Servers and waiters are very nice! I recommend to everyone, especially if you’re looking for a New Mexican restaurant to try out.

This was our first time there but definitely not our last. The service was very prompt and friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. It is a great family environment and if you want to eat great Mexican food for not a lot of money this is your place.

Happy hour on a Saturday?! Of course I had to come try! It kept popping up on my Facebook showing this exact margarita. It had me sold at Saturday happy hour because I never get out of work early enough for weekday happy hour.

I sat at the bar and even though the bartender was out and about serving others, the whole staff was very attentive. I had about 4 people check on me quite often. The margarita was amazing! I got the jumbo frozen with salt. I only needed that one! They're the good strong ones. The chips and salsa they provide are very delicious. The salsa has just the right amount of kick to get your nose running, but keep you going back for more. It even has a cute little spoon for those who don't like double dippers.

I ordered a half order of shrimp nachos which were very tasty. It's under appetizers, so I figured it wouldn't be that big a portion. I was wrong! ???? I had also ordered the beef Tacos al Carbon and ended up packing them to go because the nachos were a meal on their own.

All in all, I would recommend this place. They have a variety of items on their menu that it took me some time to decide what to order. Was very satisfied with my visit!
