The Halal Guys

I'm glad The Halal Guys decided to open a location here in Katy. This is my go to place for good food. The quality did not feel at par with other locations in the first month, I feel. However, that's past. I get the consistent quality here that I'd get at other locations. In addition to amazing food, Rayan goes out of his way not just for treating customers right, but as I saw, treating a coworker who he was apparently training with a lot of patience and respect.

Highly recommend this restaurant and location.

Fantastic value and great food. The white sauce is very good, and their hot sauce packs a huge kick while adding tons of good flavor to the food. Their fries are super crispy and delicious, and you can easily get two meals out of a single $10 plate. One of my go-to takeaway meals.

Fast food done well. I get the small chicken plate almost weekly. The ability to adjust the spice levels based on the quantity of hot sauce is a novel approach to personalizing the heat levels. I also appreciate seeing them preparing the meats behind the counter so you know it is fresh. The small plate is a good lunch portion combining lettuce, tomatoes, rice, and meat for a balanced offering. The staff has been friendly and patient despite some customers being difficult.

One thing is it’s very near to cross creek ranch
And the food here is pretty good quality.. one thing I noticed is the first week’s food was tastier but they are bringing the quality down a little …

Overall I really like halal guys from LA .. please take care of the quality

Hygiene is good.. every one wears mask and has good interior … quantity is good for the price too

I travel for work. I have been to almost all Houston locations and a couple Dallas. My favorite place when I travel since I tried it for the first time in NYC last year.
This one HANDS DOWN is my favorite.
The woman that seemed to be in charge was a champ! She is professional but genuinely. Offered extra sauce. I saw her wiping down tables as she talked with the other customers and even carried a ladies tray to her table. I was impressed. My food was great and usually is at evey location. This location was also very clean. Though I know it just recently opened, but those things can still slip.
Only feedback was lack of bottled drink assortment.
