Smoothie King

I am so happy to have a Smoothie King just around the corner. I had the 20 oz High Protein mocha and my smoothie was right on point. I love the sitting and the parking is easy in and out. Welcome to the neighborhood SK.

Around 11:30 Sat we pulled up to the LONG drive-thru after a rough run and placed 3 orders. While we had to repeat our order to the gentleman (which was slightly frustrating), the young lady at the window displayed excellent customer service! Not only did she confirm our order, but she politely thanked us for our patience. On top of that our smoothies were Delicious and not grainy. Great job!! Gave 4 vs 5 stars due to the repeating of our order in the drive-thru.

It's an expensive smoothie place. My order is also a hit or miss. I always order the vegan nutty super grain. Sometimes the smoothie is either too icy or other times it's more creamy, but has too much of the peanut butter. It's never a good balance. I love the combination of flavors. Their smoothie can be filled with lots of sugar and calories if you're not careful and don't read their labels and nutrition facts. The rewards on their app isn't really worth it either. Lastly, I've emailed and called the corporate contact info several times regarding my customer service or overall experience and no one has even gotten back to me. This is very unprofessional and ridiculous.

Read a few other’s reviews and it seems that people just have no patience. Each visit is the same has the last, smooth and no issues. I think it’s also pretty neat that a few of them know me by name and know what I’m going to order since I usually tend to go around the same time after the gym Monday through Thursdays. And thank you for always reminding me to use the app!
