Love love love this place. So so good! Who can say no to all those hot, fresh rolls? The sides aren't as good as the meat and the rolls, though. The staff make the ordering experience fun by yelling out things based on what you say. When you order the brisket, order the moist or a mix, because the lean is pretty dry. Haven’t tried their peach cobbler and ice cream, but I look forward to it next time.

Spring Creek is my favorite BBQ place. They are a little more expensive, but you get better quality food and I'm more than willing to pay.

One of the reasons I like Spring Creek is because they actually have a mild sausage. I also like that they have a sweet sauce as well as a more sour sauce. I prefer the sweeter sauce myself. They typically use it on their ribs, so you have to request it if you don't want the typical more sour sauce.

I also am a fan of their sides. They have excellent french fries and I've been told their okra is pretty good. I typically get the macaroni and cheese and green beans.

For the bread lovers out there, you will love their rolls. They come around handing fresh rolls from the oven periodically and they are superb.

Best brisket I’ve ever had! I’ve sampled lots of barbecue in the Houston area, and this is about the best I found. I can also say the mild sausage and pulled pork is excellent (and I’m from Georgia so that’s saying something). The sauce is just perfect to me, a little sweet and not too spicy. Plus they keep it hot. I’ve been here twice. Both times, service has been smooth and brisket was hot and delicious. Honestly, I don’t need a lot of fake smiles; efficient, accurate, and friendly is enough for me. All the people here did their jobs well. With most of the orders, you can go back for as much vegetables and bread as you want. The lunch specials are an especially great value for ten bucks, and on mine there was so much brisket I could not finish it all. I do love the hot fresh bread, and they bring it around until I have to finally pass it up!
