The staff is awesome! It’s nice to walk in and be welcomed with smiles. People who actually enjoy their job.

Up to par. Always hyper busy but very efficiently ran location. Breezed through a long line in the drive thru with relative ease, even after I had to get back in line to order an additional catering tray on last notice. Staff is also super friendly, helpful and attentive.

They always have great customer service.
Today it was raining and a young man walks up to our car with 2 large umbrellas to help us get inside and not get rained on. Also the entire staff greeted us with a loud welcome to chick fa la. Several times while we were there a different person would walk up to our table and ask us if everything is good. And they would ask if we needed anything as well. Definitely coming back here!!

Another great location with another great staff. They were genuinely nice to my kids last night. We stopped in after finishing some shopping only 30 minutes left till close. They didn't rush us at all. In fact they encouraged us to stay a little after so my girls could keep playing! That doesn't happen a lot. Food I great, same as the others, fresh, fast, and consistent. Love it.
