Panda Bistro

AMAZING! I was hesitant at first because all the near by Chinese restaurants weren’t all that great based on reviews. Panda Bistro made my night with excellent food after a hard day. It was a 25 minute wait though. So if you have patience then I highly suggest here. The inside of the restaurant was very small but it had so many calming decorations and pandas.

I like General Tso Chicken and I believe I know what it should taste like; moist white-meat chicken surrounded by a crispy battered breading, and a spicy semisweet sauce with a rich flavor. I found a place which I patronized for years but they went out of business. I've spent 3 or 4 years looking for a replacement all-over Houston and surrounding area. I found the replacement. I have not tried their other dishes because I'm only interested in General Tso Chicken but if the do that well, I have no reason to believe their other dishes are not authentic.

I ordered sweet & sour chicken. Surprisingly more chicken than dough! Great prices. Very quaint little place.

Not bad for the price. Their combos are a lot better priced then most around. Food is ok, not the best but for the price it is still worth it. Try it and I'm sure you'll be happy you did.
