    This was our 1st time to visit the Swinging Door. We are from Ft.Worth Texas and have ate at a lot of barbecue restaurants in our travels but we feel that the Swinging Door is definitely #1 on our list. Service was great our waiter had a great personality and knowledge of the menu. His name was Ian and we will be back on our next visit to Richmond Texas.Food was great and lots of it. Very satisfied.

    This place is awesome!!!!!!Food is so good.. best barbecue I have ever tried.!!!! Service is great!! Restrooms smell horrible they need a make over but food is awesome.

    Ribs and sausage were not as good as expected. I was asked if I wanted sauce on the meat or on the side. I asked for it on the side and it was covered in sauce. Not what I was looking for in a bbq restaurant. Don't cover your meat in sauce to cover the quality. Server was nice though.

    This place was amazing.
    Delicious meat. Great rustic ambiance. (Nobody here would use the word “ambiance”) awesome service.
    Go here.
    They have all you can eat meat too. Cmon.

    Waitress was great, & BBQ was excellent as expected. What wasn't expected was for the sides to be so great... highly recommend the green beans, it's so rare for a place to get those right but this place does. Also, save room fir the dessert options!!!
