    Went thru drive through ordered 1 drk meat & 1 white. Was told by cashier it would be a leg & thigh, but got home & to my amasement it was a breast & very sm. wing. Went back next day to let them know about the mistake. W/O question order was corrected @ No Cost!????????.

    Food is up to standard, but ordering online is like rolling the dice, every second or third time I order I'm missing an item

    This was honestly the best experience I've ever had at a KFC. I picked food up for my parents. The staff greeted me when I opened the door, took my order - ended up "up-selling" me to a deal that gave me more food for less money. Store was clean from what I could see. I was impressed with the experience!
