Los Gallitos Mexican Cafe

We ordered the lunch enchiladas of chicken & beef with rice & refried beans.
The food itself was great although it was only warm as opposed to piping hot.
The salsa & chips were awesome!
The waitress appeared inexperienced as she was slow to take our drink order etc.
We recognized the young busboy, Jessie, who we had met at the Hwy 6 location in Sugarland the previous week while he was in training.
Jesse recognized us & briefly stopped by to greet us. Jesse & his contagious smile is what made our experience pleasant ( I had given him the nickname "Smiley " the day we met him.)
This is a new location & I have no doubt they will be completely awesome like their other locations ( Hwy 6 Sugarland & Murphy Rd , Stafford).
I chose to rate them 4 Stars because I know that the cooks & wait staff will shake off the newness & gain experience in no time!
I look forward to coming back!

This place just opened and they are doing a great job. The food is excellent and the service is attentive. We were not inconvenienced by being one set of utensils short, we simply asked and they brought them to us right away. The place just opened, only a Karen would give a brand new business with brand new staff a one star review.
