Witt Pit BBQ

First visit yesterday and I must admit some of, if not the the best brisket I have ever had! Ribs were ok but a little over done as the meat pulled completely away when I took a bite. Very good flavor. Was disappointed in the potato salad-they really need to upgrade it. I'll be back for the brisket alone!

I had the brisket sandwich combo with Mac n cheese for lunch. It was tasty! I tried a bite of my husband's chicken and it also had a nice flavor. I would definitely stop by again if I were in the area.

I pass by so many places and drive 30 min to get here. The brisket is amazing!! Seriously the best. Tender AND flavorful...the bark will cause your eyeballs to roll to the back of your head. Folks are nice there. Seating is fun - outside/indoor thing they made. Parking plenty. We order extra lbs of brisket to take home and make tacos, nachos, sandwiches...you get the drift. They should rename it to Brisket Heaven.

A friend took me there for lunch. I had the brisket. Flavor, texture and sauce were outstanding. I'm north of 60. I've had a lot of barbecue over the years. I can't remember having a better eating brisket ANYWHERE. Wow. What a surprise. Cut the brisket easily with a fork. Tasted like heaven. Can't wait to go back.

Best BBQ joint around! Great smokey flavor and tender meats. Chicken can sell out before closing time so if you're after that, get it early. Brisket, sausage, and turkey can't go wrong. The buttered potatoes are wonderful too! Only downfall is no fried okra but otherwise it's a wonderful place for BBQ and must try for anyone. Portions are good too, so some people could probably share a plate. Recommend this place!
