Joe's Oyster Bar & Grill

The food is delicious. The service however is poor. We had a service that was rude, and inattentive. We had to get up and get our own refills, get up and get our own to-go boxes, pre-bus our own table. The server we had used to work at a steak house, I would NEVER eat there again with this server. If it was not for this I would give a 5 star review. They lose one star for the server, and one star for the establishment keeping this server employed. The place could also use a little more style on the inside. The ceiling decor is really awesome.

Very nice casual dining. Great food. Cheese sticks were yummy. Charbroiled oysters was not Acme but a style of there own for witch they were very good.

Joe, the owner, is outstanding. We had a terrible experience with the server though. She was not attentive one bit. We had to ask other servers for simple things like drinks, the other servers were completely on top of their customers needs. Our server only came by to bring our food and didn’t come back one time after we were given our food. We spoke with Joe about it and he handled our issue beyond what was expected. Thanks again Joe!!!

Gumbo with rice was good. The chicken fried steak was cooked perfectly. You definitely have to try their mozzarella sticks. They are made from scratch and are huge.

We just walked in off the street expecting to find nothing special, just another restaurant right? Well Joe's isn't that place, the beer is ice cold, the food is delicious and the service is quick.

I was brought a healthy sample of their delicious catfish and completely fell in love with this place.

A family owned business with a history of successful restaurants makes this place a joy to visit, I suggest you take your friends there for oysters and beer.
