    The Rosenberg location's line is moving slowly lately. I left and went to Mugz today. A smart company would put a coffee bar right next to Starbucks. No more waiting.

    Every employee at this location is awesome. I was greeted by several and even though the app gave me an estimated 21 min wait time for my order, it was ready within 5 after they asked my name.

    Best part was that the coffee was friggin amazing. It was exactly how I ordered it, even the whip cream which other location sometimes miss.

    This is a very busy location. Very nice employees and fast with orders. The current atmosphere with the pandemic brings challenging, grumpy customers.... my hats off to this location. My orders are on point and they really do try to make everything right. There’s always a long line for the drive thru but it seems to move fast.
