    My current stay at Estates at Fountain Lake has been amazing! Property manager Jeanette and their great office staff Lily, Ericka and Divi and maintenance staff is incredible and are always willing to go above and beyond to help. Pool and gym area is open 24/7 which is so convenient. Parking is great too, garages and covered parking is also available. Doesn't get any better than this! Thank you guys for making it such a great stay. :)

    If you are looking for a clean, safe and peaceful apartment complex, Estates Fountain Lake is definitely the right address. They are very helpful and warm from the office staff to the maintenance staff. I especially thank the office staff Erica and she was always helpful and smiling when I needed something. The apartments are comfortable and quiet, parking, gym and pool are also very useful. After 6 months accommodation, I would definitely recommend here.

    If you're interested in this property you are doing the right choice! I lived here for almost 3 years with no complaints at all! Not even 1. The ladies in the front are amazing, and super sweet. Management is as well. They get to know you and call you by your name it was bittersweet leaving estates! Maintenance is at 24 hour call and they are just lovely to be around. Stafford is a very safe location and is beautiful!!!

    Have been living here for about 2 years now, I am so happy with the way the front office treats us! They are professional and efficient. The maintenance is also extremely timely and very good at what they do. I do enjoy living here, it is a very quiet complex but still well-lit and clean.

    It amazes me how fast your requests are responded to. The office staff is so friendly and eager to assist. I really enjoy living here.

    I had to edit my review based upon recent events. The complex has been sold and is under new management. The staff is definately not on the ball like they use to be. I found out today there was a murder in the complex according to click 2 Houston last month. I most certainly will not be renewing my lease.

    I came home to my refrigerator not working again. This is the 3rd time that I have lost food due to faulty appliances. The last time I requested that they fix the refrigerator it took them three times to come out and fix it. I begged them the last time to accommodate me with a new refrigerator since in total I have had over 7 maintenance requests regarding the refrigerator. After loosing all of my food this last time I requested that they replace the refrigerator and accommodate me by providing me with some sort of concession to help with the cost of the food that I lost. They replaced my refrigerator with one that would be appropriate for a efficiency apartment ( I have a 2 bedroom unit). The refrigerator did not have an icemaker but after complaining they agreed to order me one. The complex refused to accommodate me with assistance with replacing the food. I pay close to $1400 for this "luxury apartment" with cheap appliances and cracks in the wall due to foundation issues.

    Today I went in to the office to pick up a package and one on the staff members talked to me about my issues and advised me that she talked to the CEO and they were able to indeed provide me with a concession. I will update my review by two stars.
