Gringo’s Mexican Kitchen

I am a huge fan of Gringo's and this is the fourth location around the Houston metropolitan area that I have tried. The quality of the food at this location is as good as any. The service provided by my waiter was equally good.

As usual, I ordered the fried shrimp enchiladas which were out of this world. But during this visit, I decided to order an appetizer and got the guacamole dip. This was the first time it was served with pork rinds rather than the standard tortilla chips. I was really surprised when it arrived, but after trying a couple I realized it was an ingenious idea. Oddly, they go together like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

This location is just as noisy as the others, so plan on nearly yelling to carry on a conversation on busy weekend nights. Also, parking at this location is a little odd and can be tricky during busy hours.

Food was great margaritas were greater and the wait staff was the greatest. Stephanie and Shelby were very friendly and helpful. Stephanie and Shelby both took the time out to talk to us about our baby which was nice! Not sure you’d get that personal experience at the more crowded new place that opened up down the street.

Food and service was great....parking is terrible.

Went mid-day on a Friday and of course they were busy. Food came out very timely and was prepared as asked.

In and out in about 25 minutes during the lunch rush but was not pushed or hurried to leave like other restaurants do.

Our server Krystal was very nice and attentive as always around when needed, even with all the other tables she was working.

I recommend this location.

We ate here recently with the family and friends while on vacation. IT WAS FREAKING GREAT! The service was second to none. The food was delicious! (both nights that we ate there) And the atmosphere was great! I would highly recommend eating here, and we will be back!

This location is pretty much like all the other Gringos I've eaten that. Food is always exceptional and the service is always great. No complaints here. We had the fajitas for two and they were very very good! I would definitely recommend this location and any other Gringos.
