McDonald's

McDonald's tries hard to please their customers. The food is consistent, the services are usually predictable, and it's a good place (over all) to get what you expect. It's always a "go-to" place if a grandchild wants to go, especially if there's a playground. I deducted ONE STAR because they quit using Styrofoam insulated drink cups! I highly dislike having a drink in a thin plastic or waxed paper cup that "sweats" and drips condensation on my clothing, in my car, or on important paperwork. I also don't like that they make your hands cold if you are sensitive, elderly, have arthritis, or might need to touch others, such as a baby or a handshake, ...so I never go there when I am traveling or planning on eating in the car. IF I must go there for any reason, I take along my Yeti, Artic, or Pure metal highly insulated cup and transfer my drink immediately. On the other hand, I sometimes buy the things I particularly LIKE a la carte and then head for my "go-to" place to purchase my drinks in Styrofoam cups, places Herschels, Whataburger, so I will recieve my drink in an insulated FOAM cup, which I will reuse REPEATEDLY for up to 24-48 hours or more! Overall, McDonald's seems dependable, but when the quit using insulated cups, it makes it a deal-breaker for me, personally.

As much as I love mcdonalds this one is horrible wait time it outrages and the people are rude. I HATE IT! SERIOUSLY rather go to burger king
