    Went to this place years ago wasn’t impressed. Decided to give them a second chance and was blown away. Ordered their 1/2 chicken plate pinto beans and slaw. Chicken was cooked to perfection beans are good as was the slaw. The bbq sauce is hands down the best around. Definitely going back this hitch

    Great tasting bbq, reasonable prices and friendly service. I have been here twice while doing some work in South Texas and will be going back every weekend while in the area. The sausage and the brisket are my favorites. I highly recommend this eatery.

    I really liked the bbq from cowpokes. I ordered large lean brisket and spicy sausage plate. The bbq sauce is good, but I wish they had a spicy sauce.

    The BBQ was phenomenal! It was tender, tasty and plenty of it for the price. It was well worth it!

    Great food but plate is a littkenlow on food for the large portion. Could use a bit more meat. Overall great taste.
