I was the first time visitor based on other reviews and I am sorry that I went. After waiting 30 minutes for my order I asked about it and they said oh we might have given your food to somebody else. So I waited another 5 to 10 minutes. I did get my correct order but the burger was unremarkable. The fries were decent but how do you screw that up there was really no offer of my money back or partial money back or anything it was just here's your food. I was traveling and I wasted quite a bit of time just trying to get something homemade and support a local business. Update: Based on the owners response I have reached out to the owner via email with an offer to give the business an opportunity to improve my opinion. Assuming they say yes I hope to be able to edit this afterwards with a more positive review. 11/30/2022, I am updating this review based on an offering from the owner to give them another chance. Today's burger was served quickly, the homemade bun was soft and tasty. Much better experience than the first attempt so I have upped the star count.
Just stepped out and man that was one of, if not, the best burger I've ever had. The nachos are amazing as well. Fast friendly service. Loved it.
We like this place. This is the only place I've found salt vinegar fries, since Kansas. The hamburgers are exceptional. The girls working were friendly and helpful.
Look, I like this place, it's like carnival food year round. They have great soft serve, and the tornado fries are pretty good. Cons: their prices are on the higher side for fast food, and I've never seen an employee wear a mask and there are no protective measures in place whatsoever. If that isn't something you're worried about, have yourself some slightly overpriced fried food. But if you're immunocompromised or live with someone who is, I'd skip it.
I drive by this place every single day and never thought to stop and check it out until a couple of weeks ago. For some reason I still had it stuck in my head that it’s still a snow cone stand.
In the last couple of weeks I have stopped in 3 times though and every time I’ve been glad that I did. The service has always been great and always greeted with a smile. The coffee isn’t the best I’ve had but its good enough to keep me coming back. Cookies have been good and I just had a burger for the first time and it was delicious, fresh, and ..... (wait for it) .... reasonably priced!
I love seeing businesses run with pride and excellence and that’s what I see here. Good job guys!
