(March 18, 2019, 2:31 am)Okay for what it is, a few visits in since I found out it was here. 1st visit the entire crew was replaced and staff was learning, that visit was actually decent. 2nd visit much better, whole different crew during day vist, but they got things done. Today 3rd visit, different crew during night visit. Running around trying to get stuff done. Was not busy, got served old nasty fries. Requested fresh ones and was told they were fresh. I refused them and left them on the counter. The person in charge stated she would make me new ones and I walked away, came back several minutes later and was told the fries I left on the counter were new fresh ones. After a back and forth I finally got fresh fries after a few other customers in the drive thru got some first.

(January 12, 2019, 2:26 pm)This location is friendlier than the other Friendswood location. They at least look you in the eye and say "thank you!" Orders are usually correct, too.
