    Let me just say, I’m a coffee addict but I don’t really get the energy I need from it. The Lit teas this shop has taste sooo good AND gives you so much energy! And the smoothies are delicious and help me satisfy my sweet cravings! The shop is clean and beautiful and the customer service is EXCELLENT! Love it here!

    Great customer service and very yummy healthy smoothies and energy teas. I LOVE the small ice! We WILL be back! ❤️ My favorite lit tea is the BOMB POP! Omg! Pina colada, cherry, raspberry, pomegranate and blue …it’s the BEST!!!

    Smoothies, teas and customer service are exceptional!!! We will definitely be going back! My daughter loved it too so that’s a plus!!! Definitely a must try!!!

    So awesome!!!! I have tried two of the post work out smoothies and they are so yummy!! I also felt full enough to make this my post workout routine! So many to chose from….but I love the Strawberry Mango and the Blueberry Lemon!!! The owners are so personable and even had my smoothie ready right after my workout!!! It is really a great way to keep your body healthy and full of protein and low carbs so it makes you feel great!! What a great place to kick start my diet plan!!!
