Mario's Ristorante

Food was good and our server was great. The guys in our party thought the buffet was perfect before their Ironman race. I had a gluten free pizza and it was one of the best I've had. We almost didn't get to experience the food though because when we walked in, the lady at the hostess stand was so rude. Not friendly and had unnecessary attitude. They were NOT busy at all so it was uncalled for. We told our family we should go somewhere else. But when our dad who is older walks in ahead of us, she was all the sudden a lot more friendly with him. So we decided to get over it and stay. We told a few of the staff and they apologized and seemed to know exactly what we were talking about. At least the food was delicious.

Got grilled chicken & vegetables. The chicken was dry, but the veggies were good. My cousin ordered white pizza because he gets bad heartburn with red sauce. It came out with red sauce anyway, but at least he said it was one of the best pizzas he's ever had. I would go again, but only when I'm not on a diet. (So I can get pizza!)

We went on Wednesday night! It was buffet night. The restaurant was very busy. We were greeted by the friendly hostess and she had us a table in no time. Our server was Dana. She was fast friendly and attentive. We never had to ask for a refill or ask to have plates removed. The food was very good and reasonably priced. I was impressed with the buffet. They had the traditional salad bar and all kinds of salads. They had pizza and pastas on the buffet which any one would anticipate. I was impressed by the fried catfish, baked chicken, stuffed tilapia, and roast beef. I didn't expect that. Then they had all kinds of dessert. I would highly recommend Mario's. The patrons were friendly and helpful. Very much a local place that treat their customers right. Want you to come back.

We were greeted at the door with smiles and welcome. We were seated immediately. When they realized it was our 1st visit, we were given a tour. Our many questions were met with respectful answers. When we couldn't decide between sauces, we were offered samples. All of the food was to die for. Party of 8, no complaints. Among our favorites Lobster Ravioli, Seafood Gumbo, Desserts, and buffet was awesome. Thank you for making our stop awesome.

On vacation looking for a nice place to eat and bumped into this place!! Customer service was phenomenal and the food is high quality ???????????? Definitely recommend eating here! Great for families with the buffet!! Foods here are homemade and cooked just right!
