ICE CREAM NACHOS! Flavors we're all super good, but make sure you bring enough people to conquer the nachos. Two wasn't enough in our case! The staff was super chill and helpful as well. Good stuff
Hubs and I enjoyed the team behind the counter. We shared ice cream nachos. We tried quite a few flavors in samples to get that bowl just right. Thanks guys for the patience and description. Bring a friend and explore the options.
The ice cream is the bomb like the amazing Irish Car Bomb flavor! It’s a must try! Staff is amazing and friendly plus the place is always super clean. Not only is the ice cream great, but the owners support the local community. They sponsored the Ball High school dancing Tornettes with the maximum contribution! The owners are very caring and show pride in their business.
We came in on a bachelorette trip and Mikey's was one of the first places we went for a treat. The guys working there were SO nice and helpful, and the shop is a super cute hole-in-the-wall. I got their Kahlua Heath ice cream, and it was so thick and rich that nothing else mattered as long as I had that sweet treat. The color-changing spoons just put it over the top, and as far as I'm concerned Mikey's is now a must-do in Galveston.
Came for a free sample displayed outside, instantly I knew this cozy shop wasn't going to disappoint. Loved the artistic decor displayed throughout the space. Friendly staff that allowed us to sample some of their signature flavors and made suggestions of their own. Settling on a homemade cone with strawberry cheesecake was a great way to wrap up the afternoon with the wife & dog.
Thank you, Wolfgang.
