Whataburger

What is going on with Whataburger on the island? Like really? Whataburger is my fave place to grab a fresh burger, fries and tea.. But lately, I'm getting unsweetened tea instead of sweetened though they read it back to me as sweetened and small fries when I ordered medium. Today I got two order of fries and a unsweetened tea. Both locations are messing up orders so I'm not understanding the problem.

Love their vanilla milkshakes and their French Fries! The Texas toast is tasty too. My order is always correct and my food is always hot.

Glad to have one after so many years. But ordered a double meat burger and received a single meat version. In fairness, was charged properly. Nothing special, but not of past quality.

This is my first time going to Whataburger. The burger size compares to a Burger King sandwich, however the taste is (in my opinion) much more enjoyable. Their fries are really good, similar or same cut size as McDonald's fries. I recommend the spicy ketchup, it's not too hot but has really good flavor. If i have an opportunity to come back I'll venture to try another burger meal or even one of their salads, which looked very delicious. But this time i wanted the grease!

This location had the sweetest manager. I want to call corporate to give them the extra complement! In the past I did not get the same sort of service. Today my experience changed that! I even got fresh fries without hanging to ask!
