Best kept secret. Good was seasoned perfectly???? very generous portions. Outstanding service. Everybody treated us as royalty. Will definitely be back when I'm the area. Recommend to anyone looking for delicious southern eats.

This team brings passion to their food. Chef Jimmy D is bringing flavors, soul, knowledge, and a healthy side of caring to his dishes. About the Red Beans n Rice: Roux, spice, rice, beans, smoked meat, and a belly full of joy is what you get here. Rice, Read Beans, Mystery meat, and a ramekin of an afterthought is what you experience most of the time at other spots. There are good restaurants and then their are good restaurant with great hearts and souls behind them. I vouch for this restaurant as a culinary must in Galveston...next up the shrimp n grits and oxtails.

I’ve tried both shrimp and grits and the shrimp po boy and WOWWWWW!! So good and killer portion sizes. This place is a must try!!!!

Drove all the way from Sugar Land to enjoy Chef Jimmy's food. He never disappoints. The crawfish was awesome - mini lobsters! Nobody does it better.

You will not be disappointed! The best Cajun cuisine on the Island! Jimmy will cook up some Louisiana love for a unforgettable meal. We had traditional chicken and waffles and Shrimp with grits. I will be visiting again for sure! Super sweet family owned business.
