Joe's Crab Shack & Burger Bar

Best Joe's Crab Shack experience I have had! Got the Classic Crab Pots for me and my son and the Crab was delicious! My wife got the salmon which was smokey and tasty. And my server Tristen did a great job! Very attentive and knowledgeable! Will definitely be back!

Not sure how to rate this place...The service was not great but it wasn't because the servers were lazy. It seemed that there weren't enough servers to go around. Our server was working inside and outside. It took quite a while to get someone to the table but once she came I knew she was trying. So maybe there truly is a shortage of restaurant workers. As the restaurant cleared the service of course, got much better. They were pretty packed on a Friday night. The FOOD was delicious. We went for the crab legs and weren't disappointed. The clusters were big and well cooked. I wish they would have put more Sunset Fire Grilled seasoning on mine. The tortilla chips with our appetizer were a little salty for me but maybe not for others. My one real complaint is that the place is small but they have a lot of speakers around and the music was too loud. I read some other reviews and expected slow service so with the good food I decided on a 4-star rating.

It was as I expected... Awesome ! The restaurant was very clean, had a great view & the staff was very attentive! They suggested good food & drinks! I really enjoyed how festive everyone was and the coordinated dance & song to go with the shark bite drink! Super cute ❤️ ask for Bryant & Ben! They were the best
