Great food!! If you like large portions this is the resturant for you! Come hungry and leave happy!!

We have been enjoying the soul food and home cooking of simps for years, back when they were on the island. Food as always amazing, portions are enough for 2 people or at least 2 meals. Yes it seems a little pricey but it's well worth it and enough food to compensate.

Hopefully they still have gumbo on Friday's. Packed full of in season seafood my favorite is the crab claws

This place has been around for as long as i can remember just different locations. This is where in my opinion you come for some good ol soul food. Black owned and family operated. They offer different food options daily ranging from ox tails to smothered pork chops. The sides range from broccoli rice and cheese to green beans. Also if you love lemon cake it's great here!

Great place for home cooked soul food. The people are friendly and the portions are excellent! I had the fried chicken, which was seasoned well and delicious. Thre greens and mac and cheese is screaming! Also, the candied sweet potatoes are the best I've ever had. I recommend this place for some down home casual food

The best " Down Home Soul Food" I've ever had. Most all of the reviews I have read agree,but some said the employees had a bad attitude. I strongly disagree, evidently they had not met "Noel".
She was very friendly and met us with a smile. We just moved close by and will be back often. So if you are in the area come on by and give them a try, but bring a hardy appetite because the helpings are huge
