    This place is amazing, and the staff is even better. Ordered through DoorDash this evening, when we received our order we found that one of our subs was shorter than it was supposed to be. Called the store and the manager handled our call personally, went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our order. Will definitely be ordering from this location again. Absolutely delicious.

    Giving 3 stars for the flavor of the food was good. However, I ordered a wrap that they were charging the same price as a regular sub for. The "Big Kahuna" wrap was the size of a Taco bell bean burrito. Hardly worth the $11 it cost me.

    Excellent, over the top great service. Extremely friendly, clean restaurant and oh my, clean restrooms! Gluten free sub and choices and cookies for all those celiacs out there! Extremely careful preparation of my gluten free order due to allergy. Thank you!

    Great place! The staff is hard working with positive attitudes. They make the restaurant very inviting. The owners should be quite proud they've got such good employees. The food is fresh and delicious. This is my favorite Jersey Mike's in Houston.
