My sister-in-law recommended this place I love it. The food delicious. Loved the way they prepare their grits. And a plus on the post-its (love that sticks), and verses on walls. God bless this place always.
Red Oak has a friendly welcoming feel. The food was good, but not outstanding. I was looking forward to the biscuits and gravy, but it was a let down in the fact there was not enough gravy to go with the biscuits. It could be considered a positive because I didn't eat the whole biscuit because it was a tad dry without the gravy.
Red Oak is worth a visit, just set reasonable expectations.
A great place to eat! They have everything you could imagine on the menu. I had the waffles, ummm, they were incredible. It's like a hometown restaurant but in a classy way. I really like the way they've added a touch of inspirational and religious charm to their decor. It's a warm, friendly place to get a great meal. Would definitely recommend it to everyone!
This is a great place to go for some great food and a great atmosphere. They have large portion and serve brunch foods. It isn’t a very large place so there can be a wait at times, but it’s definitely worth it. While inside you can take in the faith filled atmosphere, with scriptures around the restaurant and welcoming decor. I really loved eating at Red Oak Cafe and have been waiting for my next visit!
My wife and I stopped in for a Sunday morning breakfast. The food and service was great. It was a cool day outside and I looked forward to sitting back in a nice comfortable table for a leisurely breakfast. Our server was great and attentive. Unfortunately, the AC was running and blowing directly on our table. I asked a couple times to have the air turned warmer. It never was. I heard.several.other folks complaining about the temperature and everyone in the store was wearing their coats. I was colder when we left than when we got there. We'll go back... when it is warmer.
