Abuelo's Mexican Restaurant

I always have a fabulous time at Abuelo’s. The servers are always patient and kind with my toddlers, the food is delicious (especially their barbecue shrimp), and the staff has always gone out of their way to make us comfortable and satisfied. Come if you want an outstanding restaurant experience!

We got here pretty late, less than an hour before closing, and only had a good experience. We sat at the table for only a couple of minutes but as soon as our server- Alexander walked by he apologized because he hadn’t realized anyone had been sat in his section even though we had just barely been seated so it wasn’t even a big deal. Despite having new people seated in his section so soon to closing, he was awesome the entire time. We will definitely request him next time we come here. (Food was also great! Try the vegetarian Chile rellenos- they’re delicious!)

Went back today. Tried lunch special. Alicia suggested the Mexican stack. Excellent choice. The chips and dips are very good. Very satisfied with food and service Will be back again.

The staff here are always very friendly and have taken great care of us. The Cheesy Jalapeno fritters are very good. This place makes some of the best Tacos Al Pastor that I've ever had. Would highly recommend ordering some here if you don't know what you want. The stuffed chicken medallions are really good as well.
