    This is my go to for an afterworkout smoothie. The owner is friendly and the supplements are reasonably priced.

    Best Smoothie storefront in town. Store is clean and owner is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Plus, supplements sold are internet prices! Good luck finding that anywhere else locally. Give the After Workout Formula smoothie a try, I bet you'll be hooked!

    I'm conflicted about this place. The smoothie size is good bang for the buck, but they are quite diluted with ice. The place has potential to have a good atmosphere, but it's distracted by boxes piled around and half opened product packaging.

    This was my very first time here! The owner was very helpful and informative about his products versus the other leading brands! My smoothie was very good and exactly what I told him I wanted! He should definitely have a spot in Baytown!😁
