Great Place and Fantastic Food!! Awesome Wait Staff

We will be coming back! We appreciated that it wasn't a "tourist" restaurant. The food tastes great, and the menu is very reasonably priced!

Good eats with lots of fun arcade games and even a mechanical bull that you can ride for free and eat queso chips on. Clean bathroom with no rats or toppled-over garbage cans. The grill looks clean and the people were nice but stared at me too much, but it's a small town ya know? Small town folks can be super strange. I liked how they let me cook my own food (i brought spaghetti) and bus my table. I sat outside this place for like an hour and 40 minutes and didnt see anyone rob the place, so it IS a safe place to eat, at least that day was.

I live on the border and know Mexican food. It is not rare for my wife and I to go across to Mexico for breakfast or lunch or dinner. So after giving you a little touch of my background and education of the cuisine, I will now tell you that this is some of the best tasting Mexican food I have had. Very authentic feeling and tasting. I believe I heard them say it had been around for about 13 years. That says something on its own. The menu is very big and full of many options. Our party got a good mix of the menu and didn't have a person at our table not blown away with their chose. We will be stopping here maybe every time we come to town?

Nothing fancy. Just an old style Mexican restaurant. The food is good. The wait staff leaves a bit to be desired, but the food is what I'm there for. The prices are reasonable.

There's another Mexican place in town. Fancier decor, bigger menu, good wait staff, much higher prices. I've been there twice. I've eaten at the Taqueria often.
