Eaker Barbecue

Full disclosure this is my cousin's restaurant. It was a dream of his and his wives to own their own restaurant someday and have made it happen. I am a bit of a harsh critic on barbecue and I have to say that I absolutely love it! The brisket is very moist even for lean cuts. It is very flavorful not just plain like most restaurants have. I also tried the turkey, sausage, pulled pork, and pork ribs. Literally every single item I tried and the meat department was very fresh, wonderfully seasoned. And absolutely cooked to perfection. Nothing was dry, overseasoned or under seasoned. It was a wonderful delight. And those sides!! You really have to try the cream corn and the mac and cheese! So delicious. The service and atmosphere is over the top. Extremely friendly staff and very family-oriented. Can't wait to go back!

First opening day at their new Fredericksburg TX location. As expected they did not disappoint! They have taken their already amazing food truck BBQ and kicked it up ten notches. Their brisket is no doubt an experience your taste buds will never ever forget. Save/make room for their sides and aaaaMaaazing pecan dessert.

This is my family's favorite barbecue. Lance and his wife have done a fantastic job. Make sure you make this a required stop on your trip.

Lance and Boo make some of the best BBQ you’ll ever put in your mouth. On top of that, they are awesome people who treat everyone like family. Fredericksburg stole a great one from Houston!

We have had Eaker BBQ out to our apartment community events several times and first of all, the food is legit! Secondly, Lance and Boo Eaker are professional, communicative, and reliable. Thirdly, each time they have come out, they have had something new to try! Highly recommended!!! 🏆💯
