    Ordered a promo, 50% off. The large pizza was $20.00 at checkout. I guess a large pizza is $40.00? Online ordering with coupons is a fraud, better to pick up if possible. Other than that, pizza is good.

    Oh my god, the best pizza. Little pricey but the best. And we used our major saver card once totally worth getting it

    Late on the estimated delivery time by 20 min with the online delivery. Manager made it up by comping next pizza. Pizza arrived edible.

    I left an earlier negative review and I am pleased to say that I am going to change that review. After receiving a few orders completely incorrect or poor quality, I shared my grievance. Within about two weeks, the Manager of the Papa John's in Denison called me personally to apologize. He explained they were working hard on staff retraining and new hires, and he credited my account with a free large pizza. He was so sincere, that I placed a big order last week. The pizzas, cheesy bread and desserts were PERFECTION. The delivery was on time and friendly. Thank you for listening to your customers (I will start ordering from you regularly again). Thanks for the great 'customer service come back'. You made us feel like valued customers again.
