    Trying to change my eating habits so I thought I'd try this place. Lady was very informative and helpful. I got a shake and a tea and both were great. Will be back.

    Being away from home and my usual loaded tea spot I always try to find a local nutrition store. I scored Big time with Buzz Nutrition and Energy! Great loaded teas with friendly service. Loved the chic interior decor.
    I will be returning, so yummy… kicked off my morning Perfectly!
