Jalapenos

I was surprisingly pleased with the food, chips and salsa. The beef enchiladas, beans/rice are exactly how I like it. I'm don't like fancy high priced meals. The food looked great and tastes even better. We bought 2 meals with waters for $20 and that's a win in my book.
The only negative thing I have to say is that I wish they made homemade tortillas.

Aye the last night for the first time. Extremely reasonable price, tasty food served fresh and very quickly. Server (Mona) was a delight. I will be back to enjoy it again!

I'm 62, been a Mexican food/Tex-Mex fan since I was a kid in West Texas. I'm a road salesman so I've eaten at places all over Texas, OK, AR, LA. I live here in Van Alstyne and let me tell you the beef fajitas are the best I've ever had! Their beef is never tough and is always flavorful.
They have great margaritas and the chips and salsa are great as well.

Love the food. Nice service & atmosphere. The portions are just a little bit on the small side; but, the prices are so reasonable, you can just order 2 plates! Then for 12 to 14 dollars or so, you have a feast! Sour cream chicken enchiladas & beef tacos are especially good.

Their food is pretty good, with several green chili options on the menu that I enjoy. Unfortunately the execution by the kitchen and wait staff is inconsistent. One trip will be great, there next takes unreasonably long to get food out or to get an order in. If they were consistently as good as their good days they'd get 5 stars.
