“Yes, I know I work at Grandpappy, but not for the restaurant and I must say that Patrick's on the Point is performing better than the restaurant has in a VERY long time! Much better than many of it's predecessors with food, time and service! We are VERY happy to have Patrick running it and are very pleased with the quality of food being made now. They just opened up this year, Memorial Weekend of 2018, MOST of these reviews are from the previous restaurant management, prior to Patrick's opening. Not sure how to get that changed but I'm going to see about contacting google support. Don't let the prior reviews scare you off, our restaurant is doing great this year!!!”

“Stopped in here on our way through, and was pleasantly surprised at the flavor and quality of the food. The guacamole was not so hot, and the salsa was similar, but the entrees themselves were pretty good. The restrooms were clean, and the dining area was well upholstered and nicely decorated. “This place is worth a visit. Tried a poke bowl for the first time with my family last night and I was surprised that my kids enjoyed it. The employee who helped was patient with us when we told her it was our first time, she even kept the kids laughing and preoccupied. If you’re looking for great tasting fish, i recommend trying this place out, the salmon was delicious. Clean restaurant, delicious food, friendly employee. When I come back to sherman, I’m coming here.”

Very upscale which we love but with a homey feeling as well. The food has always been delicious. Although I did find it a bit too salty. Don’t forget you can always add but can’t take away. Also I had a problem with one of the dishes and they were so apologetic with the owner/chef serving me a new plate and apologizing. We truly love this restaurant and hope it stays for many years. “It took a little time for my order to be taken only 1 person taking food orders then she walked off to deliver a order and left the man in front of me to get his order taken. Another worker walked up 2ish mins later and took his order and the female who walked away that was taking orders returned walking extremely close in front of me behind the man in front of me, instead of walking behind us customers. I took that really rude.. the man took my order was excellent and very nice. Order was made pretty quick and was real good tasting. So it was very nice just don't understand being walked between so close since there was better room behind me.”

“I think the one-star rating is unfair. This locally owned and operated family business is not extraordinary, but it's not terrible. We had American breakfast plate. Fried eggs, bacon or sausage and pancakes was good, $6.99. On Saturday they have a brunch of breakfast and lunch foods with fresh fruits for 8.99. Did not try any of the Mexican food choices so can't comment on quality. The folks are friendly, the place is clean and I'll visit again as I'm happy to have a local spot for breakfast or lunch.”
