    Order taker was rude, when we asked her to repeat herself, she turned the volume up to super loud. It hurt our ears. She laughed. As regular customers we will change to a more respectful place to spend our money.

    We went there last night and ordered a medium peanut butter shake and a med Reese's peanut butter blast. The shake only very fainly tasted like peanut butter and the blast had very little Reese's in it. Neither one was filled to the top of the cup. It seems they are trying to be skimpy on their products. I should have complained right there but had to leave.

    You end up paying twice when you order online. They'll keep your actual card on file and then have you buy a giftcard close to what you've already paid.

    You check-in after ordering with the app and get to the location to pickup your order.
    The "Check-in" button was grayed out until I had to buy the giftcard($15 for a $14.27 order).

    Fix the app.

    I got my food within a few minutes of getting there & my order was right. The food was great.

    This would have been 5 stars if the app was better.
