The place was friendly and welcoming. Though I had trouble communicating my order, we sure it out and I received an order of fine iced coffee and chocolate covered donut. It was delightful all in all. Ask for the hazelnut swirl syrup. You won't regret it!

I’ve been coming here once a week since T Mobile started offering a free latte through their rewards app. So far my experience has been great every time. The coffee and donuts are good. I especially like the Boston Kreme! The only issue I see is that I perceive that they’re a little short handed so sometimes you have to wait a little while before being served. I would really like a Longview location!!

First stop out of Houston, immediately back to Southern Hospitality. The two women running the show on a Friday morning could not have been happier to expedite my order, cheerily told me where I could find napkins and fixings, and sent me on my way with well wishes. This interaction had the potential to be average, even hurried & stressed, but these customer service specialists worked together to see to it that I got out of there in a timely matter with everything I needed. Bless these women for treating me like a real friend, in the middle of texas at a gas station on a random Friday morning.
