This is a Top rated BBQ place on the Texas Monthly list and I love eating here. For me the consistency is always great and their food is outstanding. I eat here every time I'm in the Longview area.

Some of the best tasting ribs around! These tender, fall of the bone ribs will have you wanting more. The only issue we had is sometimes they run out of ribs and this is too far of a drive to go there and come out empty handed.

It's the best barbecue in town as far as seasoned meat. They run out of meat too quick during the day though. The beans are off the chain.

If you want the juiciest brisket either chopped or sliced bodacious BBQ is the way to go! I've eaten here for over 7 years and their service and food are amazing! I love eating here and bringing people who are new to Texas to try it out. They are also the best priced BBQ I have found in Longview.

The very best BBQ in East Texas. Currently ranked in the top 40 in the state. Nothing is precooked but cooked the day you eat the goods. I had some of the best pork ribs to ever cross my lips this very night. Pricing is fair and the meat they prepare each day is from top class supplier's in the region. By the way they have a newly expanded dining area. Come early because once they sell out they will not cook more product to serve on the same day. You may want to try out the newly opened store on Hey 80 west of down town. It has a Master chef running the place who is a Master at great eats. Ask for Jordan!
