Booshay's Bayou Cafe

I definitely DID NOT get my money's worth and the prices they have online are not correct. The 3 different plates I ordered we're a dollar more a piece when I looked at my receipt. As for the food, it wasn't as flavorful as I expected but the stuffed shrimp was actually decent. This was the first and last time I will get food from here.

Amazing place! Centered around the bar, great service and the owners intact with guests and the food is so damn good you just have to try it for yourself! I suggest the bayou balls as an app they're fantastic!

Tried crawfish for the very first time since moving to Texas. And they are delicious! The spices and flavor is on point and the roasted potatoes are so yummy. We also tried their fried pickles and those were bomb too, a little salty but very good. Will definitely be back to try more of their food.

To be honest, I've heard mixed reviews about this restaurant. I decided to take my family out to a celebratory dinner tonight for one of my family members and decided to give it a try since it seemed like it would please both those who were craving fish and those who don't eat fish.

Boy, am I glad I decided to give this place a try! We were all thoroughly impressed with everything! The food was great, and the service was excellent. Our server, Sarah, had no problem with our large party of 11 people (who don't get together very often and can be pretty crazy and loud when we do) and handled everything like a pro! She was very sweet and incredibly patient and kind with us all (which I know can sometimes be difficult when the kids and teenagers in the party drastically outnumber the adults).

I will definitely be back! Thank you all for everything!

Having just recently relocated to the Longview area; this place , by far has some amazing Cajun food. There is nothing in that menu that isn't amazing. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. Lora was our server, twice now, and she is amazing at her job. I had the boiled shrimp, AMAZING!! And she knew I'd need to clean my hands and immediately brought a bowl of warm water with lemon in it for cleaning my fingers. She anticipated my needs and was always extremely attentive. Definitely will return. Not to mention the staff that made that wonderful tasting food, thank you for all amazing dining experience in East Texas!!!
