Fuji Japanese Restaurant

Despite it being really expensive the food is actually kind of good. Each visit it's around 45 to $50 for two people. I would highly recommend it. Just be prepared to spend quite a bit of money I came here twice so far and both experiences have been good with nothing to really complain. the menu has different variety but all consists of sushi, tempura, rice, salads, and very high-class wines.

Good sushi. Other entrees OK. Every time we go we seem to get a person that is clueless about the menu. We have to point at the items on the menu before they understand. They start the closedown cleanup while plenty are still dining...

Excellent place for sushi at a decent price! Their lunch specials and Bento boxes are great. The staff was very friendly. We went on Mother’s Day and got there just before the crowd, even though they were very busy very quickly the service and food was still good. The kids food was even plated really well!

The best sushi located in Longview. They have a lot of variety in sushi rolls and other dishes. The best role to try is probably the tiger roll and if you want to be more conservative and not eat raw sushi. You should try the Samurai roll. I enjoy eating eel and they have two very delicious options with eel(not just eel sauce).

Very beautiful and friendly restaurant! The food was amazing. They serve both raw and cooked sushi, ramen, hibachi, and other assorted items. Excellent quality at a very reasonable price! The atmosphere was very beautiful and the place was well kept. The music wasn't obnoxious at all like some other restaurants. The waiter was very attentive and knew what to recommend. I will definitely be coming back whenever I am in town. I highly recommend it.
