Service was great! Food was okay. I loved the mac and cheese but they wanted $5 for a tiny bowl, but the waiter instead added it as a side to somebody else's and brought it down a couple dollars. The burger patty was crunchy on the outside, but overall tasted fine. My mom ordered the chicken fried chicken and it came out SUPER dark and looked burnt. I wasn't sure if this was normal for them so I asked. Then a manager came over and offered to replace it, which was fine and a different manager came to bring out the redone one. It was fine, but not really worth the trouble anyway.

Overall, we will be back but it won't be all the time because of the high prices.

I know it's a steakhouse but like everywhere else they should get more vegetarian and vegan options. Nice waitstaff and bar tender. Quick bite at this place before visiting family.

Service was great. Received food in a timely manner. My steak was awesome. My husband ordered well done and it was not well done.

They may have been short staffed because the hostess wasn't there when I got there. Waited several minutes and was seated by my server who wasn't rude but wasn't overly friendly either. Food was good and don't take long to get it. Maybe it was an off day for them so I'll try them again next time I am in the area.

Mixed feelings about this restaurant and our dining experience during this visit. Our waitress was pleasant but disengaged. She was unable to answer our questions & stated that she didn't know and had only been there for 3 weeks. More training for her would be beneficial for her and the customer. Our steaks were seasoned and cooked perfectly. My steak knife was dull & I had to saw through it... The pumpernickel bread was delicious. Other diet soda choices would be welcomed. The restaurant itself was inviting, no wait and very clean. The music was just a little loud to have a pleasant conversation. If my review was helpful, please "like" it.
