This place serves high quality food that tastes exquisite. The chef in the kitchen seems to have a great culinary background and serves up unique dishes that rival more high end places in town.

Blown away by the food! We did a relaxing Sunday ride to Longview from Irving to try out the brunch menu and not disappointed in the slightest. Food is top notch, the staff, very friendly and professional. Met the chef and the man Ronnie Esposito and had a great discussion about the bistro history and future plans. We'll be back to see it all and enjoy more great food. I would say best of luck, however no luck necessary in this case.

Delicious food and so cute!! We had a great time on the patio. Great service with a complimentary mimosa on top of that. So happy to have a great place for brunch in Longview!

I could not love Scottie’s Bistro more! The truffle fries are beyond description, but there is nothing less than phenomenal on the menu. The complimentary mimosa with brunch is a lovely treat! The chicken and waffle is mouthwatering - one of my favorites! - but the fried grilled cheese and tomato soup (pictured) really hit the spot.
