    Amazing flavors and so many custom teas! We tried Miami Beach and Ocean Nights, so good! Will definitely be back!

    I really appreciate how wonderful it is here! The teas and shakes are bothe delicious and I could probably live here. I come almost everyday as it is. The owners are friendly and you'll never have a bad meeting. Definitely worth the try.

    The lady and gentlemen that was in there greeted me the moment I walked in..which was a huge plus,,she told me about the teas and shakes explained what was in them..the atmosphere and friendliness was really good.. I got 4 kid Miami beaches and 1 Bahama Mama, brought them home and kids said momma these are good you gotta go back there…! Kid and Mommy approved on my end:) def will be a repeating costumer❤️

    Stay Lit Nutrition has great energy, they have a great variety of flavors of tea and excellent customer service. Highly recommend anyone to go here for positivity and wonderful hydration.
