Today I was one of those customers!
I just suggested to the employees that if you are out of the cup that goes with the meal, call the manager to see if you can offer the same cup since it's a fountain drink with free refills anyways. If your out of the small cups you shouldn't charge the customer because your out. Just a suggestion.
