UNC’s BBQ

What Unc does well, Unc does REALLY well. Their Hot Links and Pork Ribs are absolutely delicious - the hot links are probably the best I've ever had. I love their sauce as well - a spicy sauce with some peppers. The Pittsburgh links were good, but not my style. I could see how someone could like them tho. Brisket wasn't the best and was a little dry. So, as long as you get ribs and hot links, you will have a delicious meal my friends.

I was having a craving for peach cobbler. I googled peach cobbler near me and found this place. The majority of the reviews were great. I called to ask if they had peach cobbler and I was told they did, so I immediately drove over. When I arrived they were having internet issues (as was everyone else in town as well). They immediately notified me of the inconvenience and said it would be cash only. It was fine with me. I ordered my peach cobbler and a to go plate with sliced brisket, beans, and potato salad. Portion was huge, flavorful, and satisfying! Oh my Lordt! I love the smoke flavor of the meat. The sauce was great as well. The potato salad tasted like my aunt made it. It gave me that comfort feeling for sure. The beans were tasty as well. It has little pieces of brisket mixed in. I will definitely return for more.

This has to be the best BBQ I've ever had! The boudoin sausage is amazing. Highly recommended.
